EXECUTIVE DATA MANAGEMENT

Role Overview

The Executive, Data Management plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs) used for spare part management. The position involves close collaboration with the Supply Chain Division, Engineering & Facilities Division, Project Integration Division, and Operations Division to enhance inventory control and support the Material Planning Department’s objective of achieving optimal supply ability.

Key Responsibilities

BOM Management:

• Create, modify, and maintain accurate multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on data from the Engineering team.
• Review BOMs to ensure completeness and accuracy before release.
• Coordinate with Engineering and other teams to identify missing data and ensure project requirements are met.
• Work closely with key stakeholders, ensuring BOM lists are consistently updated to reflect any modifications.
• Ensure real-time use of correct BOMs following product changes.
• Compile material lists for MRP import.
• Maintain up-to-date reports and data.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare and generate reports required by management and inventory users.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports.

Key Deliverables

• BOM availability: Ensure BOMs are accurately created and maintained for each equipment.
• Reports: Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Bill of Material management.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge of IMS and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to manage and analyze data for decision-making.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and information system integration.
