Prepare and file IP applications in Singapore, Malaysia and internationally under the Madrid Protocol.
Manage the Group’s IP portfolio and track deadlines and renewals.
Conduct searches on databases.
Support enforcement actions and opposition matters.
Liaise with IP registries and foreign associates.
Generate reports to provide high-level insight on the Group’s IP portfolio.
Perform general and administrative tasks as required to support the department’s operations.
Requirements:
Relevant experience or familiarity in the field of IP and/or with IP filing systems is a necessity. Experience in additional areas will be looked upon favourably.
At least 5 years’ experience in an equivalent role.
At least a diploma or equivalent. Candidates with strong relevant experience in place may be considered.
Good command of both spoken and written English.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, balance priorities, and manage time well.
Self-starter and team player, with good work ethics.
Tactful and comfortable working across different cultures.
