To develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell books in e-commerce platforms, distributors, schools, and other target markets.
To identify sales opportunities within new and existing markets and to set sales targets including niche segments to grow revenue.
To build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and institutions.
To conduct analysis on sales data to identify market trends, new book releases, and industry developments to identify gaps in the market and potential opportunities for growth.
To understand client needs, preferences and feedback for book selections as such regularly assess satisfaction, and resolve issues to adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
To generate reports to track sales performance, revenue, and other key metrics including preparing regular monthly basis reports for management.
