Manager, Warehouse (Male) | Balakong

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing Logistic and Warehouse.
• Manage and plan the schedule.
• Guide and supervise employees on day-to-day activities.
• Plan and roster manpower to ensure proper allocation of manpower to operate the plant effectively.
• Manage and improve operating costs.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Ensure compliance and enforcement of all Safety procedures and internal Rules and Regulations.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 or 3 years working experience.
• Aggressive, result-driven, with good time management & stress management skills.
• Willing to standby all the time for adhoc tasks.
• Resourceful, able to meet deadlines, work independently, and a good team player.
• Past experience in Lazada / Shopee / Watsons / MNC FMCG company is an added value.
• 6 working days per week, including shifts.
• Male candidates from Malaysia only.

Salary: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
