Finance & HR Services (FHS) at DHL Group – that’s us! We deliver shared services in Finance and HR for our divisions within the group.

Our Finance Operations team supports our group in all financial activities, e.g., regarding accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and corporate treasury. These include asset accounting, intercompany alignment, active collecting, customs invoicing, profit and loss accounting, and payment factory for DHL Group.

Our HR Services run, e.g., the payroll for more than 350,000 employees within DHL Group working in 28 countries across the globe. They also offer time & attendance management, employee data administration and reporting, travel & expense processing, and other services.

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose:

Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR Administration/Shared Services activities to deliver best-in-class HR services, products, and systems in line with readily available advice, quality standards, and timelines.

Your tasks:

  1. Provide day-to-day administrative support for delivering assigned HR service with guidance from others.
  2. Understand and follow set standards and timelines for service delivery.
  3. Check for any issues/errors during service delivery and highlight to Supervisor for action and rectification.
  4. Maintain required data for HR service delivery, e.g., enter employee data into computerized systems.
  5. Scope of HR Administration/Shared Services includes HR Services, HR Administration, and Non-HR Services.

Your profile:

Education Level:

  1. Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification.
  2. HR certification preferred.

Experience Level:

  1. Less than 2 years.
