Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank’s leads (LMS) and self-generated leads.
  • Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at PBC/branch/region on sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Prepare and provide investment & wealth financial advisory and assistance to customers for their investment/wealth portfolio management.
  • Periodic review of customers’ investment portfolio and increase AUM.
  • Plan and identify cross-selling/upselling to increase customers’ PHR and revenue.
  • Set appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customers.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationships and for referrals.
  • Work closely with Centre Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaigns.
  • Prepare and monitor sales performance and competitor analysis to Management.
  • Compliance to Bank’s policy, procedures and observes sales code of ethics.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder.
  • Certified Financial Planner certification (CFP) with FIMM, PCE, CEILI and IPPC license.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in wealth and bancassurance products with FIs.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess relevant licenses required for the portfolio.
  • Sales and results oriented.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
