Assist and provide support to Senior Manager PMO and Manager PMO to:
Effectively manage and operationalise Integrated Development's strategy to achieve the desired level of performance and ensure alignment to Integrated Development's operational strategy and ultimately Property Division's Corporate Strategy / Strategy Blueprint.
Critically identify and analyse gaps between budget and forecast.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
Weekly Financial Performance Reporting.
Monthly Financial Performance Reporting.
MOR - preparation & analysis.
Budget & Forecasting
Assist in Coordinating AOP Process for ID and respective Business Units.
Extraction of Relevant AOP Reports from BPC.
Consolidate and analyze ID Budget.
Consolidate and analyze ID forecast (Weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly).
Preparation of Budget Handbook & Monthly update.
Cash Flow Management
Assist in preparation of Monthly Cashflow & Rolling Forecast (Actual & Forecast).
MIL & Building Cost - Monthly Cashflow.
Performance Management
KPI Setting & Tracking (Financial & Operational).
Trend Analysis on Financial and Operational Key Metrics.
Monitor ID performance and conduct gap analysis with recovery plans.
Monitoring of Project Progress Status & Sales Achievements.
Business Analysis
Responsible for preparation of analysis presentations for the Business Units.
Education/Professional Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/Real Estate or related disciplines with a few years of related experience in constructions and property sectors.
Minimum 1 year experience in relevant accounting or analyst role.
The following related experiences are an added advantage:
Business Development, Finance and Business Operations related to property development industry.
Exposure in performing business and process evaluation for public listed Property Development company.
