Job Requirements:

• High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational managerial role in the Food and Beverage industry.
• Prior experience in outlet management is an advantage.
• Outstanding organizational skills and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Willingness to work on weekends, shift duty & public holidays.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing restaurant operations.
• Leading by example with a visible, hands-on presence in the outlet, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers.
• Communicating effectively and keeping the team informed with relevant information.
• Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
• Motivating, educating, and continuously developing staff to maximize efficiency and confidence.
• Collaborating closely with the Kitchen Chef to maintain high food quality standards.
• Personally ensuring that guests receive the best possible service.
• Maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.
• Striving to please all guests and maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Ensuring employees are well-trained, professional, and provide friendly and efficient service.
