About the job Key Account Manager - E-Commerce (Food)
Company Background
We are representing our client who handles e-commerce operations through their full-fledged management system and fulfilment solutions. As they are expanding their business, they are looking for Key Account Manager - E-Commerce to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive GMV revenue.
Build and maintain win-win relationships with all marketplace platforms' key personnel.
Negotiate and secure exclusive partnerships for monthly activities and key and mega campaigns.
Work closely with clients to ensure all activities are executed according to plan.
Manage A&P funds with proper budget planning and ensure the best return on investment.
Work closely within the E-commerce team (Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, and Graphic Designers) and also other departments.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide analysis and insights data to identify key issues and opportunities.
Provide regular and accurate forecasting of stocks required to achieve the desired sales results.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
Min 2 years in key account management in the E-Commerce space preferably in FMCG (Food & Beverages).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Outstation applicants who are willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am 6pm) *Saturday half day only when required by Management during certain peak events (very occasionally).
Working location: Puncak Alam.
