Data Analyst

The Data Analyst to have a strong background in business and marketing data analysis, and be able to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve the user experience on Senheng app.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and preferences to assist in creation of app development and marketing strategies.
• Create and assemble dashboards using current data providers platform for the respective business units.
• Build predictive models together with data vendors to forecast user behavior and engagement.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve the user experience on Senheng app.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to identify and prioritize opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
• Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collect and analyze data: responsible for the coordination and working with data vendor for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large amounts of data to uncover insights and patterns that can inform business decisions.
• Build predictive models: The data analyst will manage the data vendor in building predictive data models for various business units.
• Visualize and communicate data: The data analyst creates visualizations and other representations of data using available tools to help communicate insights.

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis with focus on integrating data from Google Analytics and CDP platforms.
• Competency in using GA4, Customer Data Platform Analytics, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and experience using data visualization tools would be an added advantage.
• Attention to detail and meticulousness.
• Proactive and self-driven.
