Job Description:
Manage day-to-day relationship with the partners and tenants includes operational issues.
Support the organization within every area of Tenant Management including assist and support Leasing Manager to attend leasing-related activities to secure and monitor occupancy of the company's properties.
Maintain and sustain the mall operations from time to time.
Responsible for Tenants sales submission (average 95%) and system update.
Establish and maintain comprehensive / updated Tenants Relations Management database and filing system for all tenants (i.e. Sales information, licenses, permits, insurances, agreements and other correspondences).
Coordinate, prepare and distribute work orders to relevant department(s).
Report, monitor and follow-up with relevant department on tenants complaints and resolution.
Support Operations in the event that tenant is not adhering to malls House Rules, Agreement and other required manuals in the way of recommending approach towards tenants.
Collaborate with other departments for improvement of tenants performance as well as tenancy and leasing operations.
Develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders to retain existing tenants and attract prospects for occupancy growth.
Coordinate with Tenant Admin (SO), i.e. tracking of signatory status and sending of documents.
Obtain approval for closure applications, i.e. Festival closure, early closure for company event, etc.
Mailbox key coordination for new handover, replacement of key or lock.
Prepare required information prior to Tenants meeting.
Qualifications:
Certificate or Advance/Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or other related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Shopping Centre Management / Leasing / Tenant Coordination.
Candidate specializing in property/real estate or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
Sound knowledge of retail market.
Knowledge of strata will be an added advantage.
Team player, meticulous and customer oriented with good management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
