Job Responsibility

Game Development & Programming

• Write clean, efficient, and optimized code in Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++).
• Integrate interactive hardware into gameplay.
• Work on multiplayer game mechanics for real-world competitive and cooperative play.
• Optimize games for smooth performance across different hardware setups.

Gameplay Mechanics & System Design

• Collaborate with game designers to translate game concepts into functional mechanics.
• Develop and maintain game state management, leaderboards, and scoring systems.

Integration with Hardware & Interactive Technology

• Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate physical game elements.
• Ensure seamless communication between game software and devices.

Testing, Debugging & Optimization

• Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure a seamless player experience.
• Optimize game performance by reducing lag, improving frame rates, and enhancing responsiveness.
• Implement error handling and fail-safe mechanisms.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work alongside game artists, UI/UX designers, and sound designers to create a visually and auditorily immersive experience.
• Coordinate with the operations team to test and deploy games in real-world settings.
• Provide technical documentation for game features, mechanics, and system interactions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in game development, preferably with real-world interactive entertainment or location-based games.
• Strong proficiency in Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++).
• Experience with networked multiplayer games, game physics.
• Understanding of interactive game technologies.
• Familiarity with hardware integration, sensors, and real-world gaming setups is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
