Textile Designer

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas and formulate textile design for fabrics and fashion design.
• Able to translate messages and ideas into appealing digital illustrations.
• Create graphic design content for social media that is engaging and strengthens our brand position.
• Assist the creative team on the conception and design for any integrated campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Conduct research on seasonal fashion trends, styles, fabrication, and color themes.
• Ability to work under pressure and flourish with minimal guidance.
• Assist in photoshoot sessions when needed.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of textile designing experience.
• Highly motivated, proactive, independent, and enthusiastic in creating impactful visuals.
• Passion for fashion.
• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Textile, Art, Fashion Design, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Excellent skills in design tools and software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop or any fashion-related software.
• Excellent hand drawing and painting skills.
• Creative mind and passionate about art.
• Able to create eye-catching designs.
• Strong sense of color, fashion, and awareness of print/pattern trends.
• Detail-oriented, flexible/willing to learn, and a team player.
• Ability to multitask, organized, responsible, self-disciplined, dependable, and detail-oriented.
