JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and enhance and maintain share point/databases
Support/Develop migration work to new Product Lifecycle Management system
Perform data migration/transfer to other systems
Create Automation on data management
Be involved in Project Management
Responsibilities:
Design/upgrade and maintain collaborate on Share points (collaborate with IT as needed)
Perform Data/Files migration from one system to a new system, and perform validation (covering Regulatory data, Test Data, Quality data, Audit data, etc)
Perform analysis and consolidation of data for QA Reporting
Create Automation on data management/tasks
Work with IT or other departments to set up systems
Perform document conversion into new formats and other documentation requirements
Execute Reliability monitoring per instruction/plan
Follow up on supplier audits and corrective actions
Support other Quality activities and tasks as required
Requirements/Skills:
Proficient in share points and Power Automate
Good skills in developing data automation and share points
Data analysis and validation
Experienced in general Quality and Document Control tasks
Auditing and report writing skills are an advantage
Other requirements:
Self-starter, able to manage tasks independently
Independent and have problem-solving skills
Consistent in delivering high-quality work
Efficient in adhering to task timelines and milestones
Maintain effective and regular communication with team members to update work status
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or equivalent, with 3+ years of experience in database system(s), system implementation and system integration and Quality functions.
Preferred Qualifications/Advantage:
Knowledge of the Quality Systems, Document Control and Quality Audits
