To curate and write effective content for internal & external stakeholders - newsletters, articles, scripts, press releases, brochures, corporate materials, and others
To work closely with the Sales & Marketing team in communication materials that could be repurposed for PR & Communication use.
To ensure the brand voice is consistent in all communication materials.
To assist in the update and maintenance of company's website.
To support the team in media relations for various media (print, online, broadcast etc) to reach a wider and targeted audience.
To support the team in relationship with PR/Media agencies in content planning and publishing.
To assist the team and company in preparations of major events e.g. MOU signing ceremonies, new service / product launches, VIP visits or tours.
To coordinate events which includes photography, preparation of souvenirs and communication materials.
To assist the team in the collaborations with relevant stakeholders within Group and subsidiaries.
Any other duties that may assigned from superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Degree in Corporate Communications, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Advertising / Media, Marketing, Social Media Management or related studies.
Min 3 years of working experience in communication related role.
Possess outgoing personality with good written & verbal communication skills.
It will be a great advantage if you have either good relations with media, hands on with ad-hoc events and CSR or familiar with annual report production.
