Job Description
- Prepare and keep record of all payment transactions: TT transfer, cheque and petty cash
- Provide monthly/quarterly set of accounting reports
- Coordinate with the external accountant for book-keeping
- Data input for the financial reporting
- Assist in other accounting, administrative or order processing related tasks
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
- Detail minded, self-motivated & able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in both written Mandarin & English; knowledge of Chinese Word Processing is a must
- Immediate available would be an advantage
