Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Perform daily administrative tasks and filing for documents.
  2. Attend to customer enquiries and provide follow-up.
  3. Develop customer relationships and propose solutions.
  4. Set up appointments and arrange daily schedules.
  5. Prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices for customers.
  6. Prepare timely and accurate reports for management.
  7. Manage company director and supplier database.
  8. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Embrace technology and be keen to learn new things.
  10. Ability to define problems, analyze situations, and generate creative solutions.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  2. Fluent in English & Mandarin.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  4. Experience preferred but not essential.
  5. Discipline, self-motivated, and independent.
  6. Computer literate.
  7. Able to travel when required.
