Job description

We are looking for a dedicated individual fluent in both English and Cantonese to join our team. This role supports the Hong Kong market with fixed working hours (9am – 6pm) and weekend shifts on a rotating basis. Our company’s location is easily accessible by public transport.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers across all relevant communication channels.
  • Resolve customer inquiries in line with the company’s processes and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all customers.
  • Stay updated on company procedures and processes.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management, within your role to support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese to effectively handle the Hong Kong market.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (fresh graduates or candidates without customer service experience are welcome to apply).
  • Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
