Assist Sales Manager in developing new markets and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Execute marketing strategies and activities for sales growth and new product-business development.
Create new customers and manage existing customer accounts.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient customer service including technical sales functions, handling and following up on enquiries, preparation of quotations, and payment monitoring.
Analyze market developments and provide timely market information for sales planning purposes.
Coordinate marketing and sales activities to ensure objectives are met.
Take initiative to search for more potential prospects.
Meet sales targets.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Marketing, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the food industry or F&B.
Fluent in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Mature personality and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in handling Japanese food in the F&B industry and exposure to food manufacturing operations will be an added advantage.
Good at organizing own schedule to meet deadlines and sales targets.
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications.
