- Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Plan, create and edit engaging TikTok videos that showcase the company's products and services and appeal to the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes, and adapt the content strategy accordingly.
- Analyze TikTok analytics to measure the success of content, identify areas for improvement, and adjust the content strategy accordingly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with TikTok influencers and content creators to increase brand awareness and reach.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing and executing TikTok content strategies, preferably in a retail industry.
- Strong video creation and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality TikTok content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts for TikTok content.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
