HR Executive

Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will provide support to the HR Manager in various HR functions and administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in executing HR processes efficiently and maintaining accurate records. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
2. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.
3. Assist HR Manager in procuring office supplies such as stationery, snacks, and beverages.
4. Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
5. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and claims.
6. Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
7. Help in tracking training attendance and evaluations.
8. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
9. Help in addressing employee queries and minor concerns.
10. Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture.
11. Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
12. Help in preparing HR-related documents for audits.
13. Assist in verifying overtime payments, weekend allowances, and other compensation.
14. Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the HR Manager and the management team.

Minimum Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
2. Familiarity with the Employment Act of 1955.
3. Demonstrated professionalism in handling private and confidential information.
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
5. Strong verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in both English and Malay languages.
