Position Summary:

• Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional events for our brands in East Malaysia.
• Ensure our brands consistently receive positive media coverage to enhance consumer satisfaction and public image.
• Serve as the main liaison for suppliers, media, various business partners, and landlords within the travel retail environment.
• Implement and coordinate all marketing, promotional, and PR activities, ensuring a professional and customer-oriented brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage relationships with vendors, media, and partners to support business objectives.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives deliver a strong return on investment.
• Lead innovative campaigns and provide strategic insights to capture and expand customer base.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the luxury retail or travel retail sector.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
