Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, attracting and sourcing qualified talent using different niche channels and social media outlets. Description

• Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategies
• Work effectively with peers and hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
• Identify, attract and source high potential talents using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media
• Develop innovative strategies using research in the latest recruitment trends to provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on Lemon Sky’s career website as well as other relevant posting websites
• Manage end to end hiring process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers
• Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes and manage all follow-up communications
• Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department
• Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the hiring process established
• Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support the Lemon Sky Animation and growth plan
• Implement employer branding strategy, brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent
• Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the talent acquisition strategy
• Foster and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Lead and drive talent program initiatives and events with art schools, colleges and universities.
• Work effectively with the Business Development and Marketing team for outreach and school events.
• Keeps applicants engaged throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication.
• Researches, analyzes, prepares, and presents hiring analytics. Leverages talent acquisition data to inform decisions on recruitment strategies and recommend changes to the talent acquisition process.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding and new hire orientation/induction program.
• Creatively build networking and talent pipeline

Skills Needed To Win This Position

• You have a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma/Bachelor’s degree/Post graduate diploma/professional degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• You have a minimum 5 year(s) working experience in a Talent Acquisition role or HR Generalist role with full-cycle recruitment ownership.
• You are passionate about helping people develop their careers and helping Lemon Sky Animation hire future and high potential leaders.
• You are a self-starter and strong individual contributor, while being able to function effectively in a team environment
• You have the ability to multitask, manage multiple stakeholders and ensure prompt response and action to tasks
• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an effective attention to detail.
• You have the ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations, and to influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders.
• You have excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite and recruiting ATS systems.
• You have the ability to sell the employer brand and continuous improvement mindset
