Role Overview:

A Junior Graphic Designer is an entry-level position focused on supporting design teams in creating visual assets under the guidance of senior team members. They work on a variety of design tasks such as creating layouts, graphics, illustrations, and digital content, with the opportunity to develop their skills and understanding of design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Senior Graphic Designer, Account Executive & Copywriter
• Able to do proper preliminary research based on brief given
• Develop a range of graphics & layouts using design software
• Present idea concepts by submitting rough layouts for approval
• Test graphics across various media
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency in design elements
• Attend design meetings and contribute creative ideas
• Stay updated on design trends and tools

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience / 2 years of experience in Graphic Design is preferable
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• In-depth knowledge of design software & technologies eg: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Procreate
• Demonstrate strong graphic design, layout & illustrations skill
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• A portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills
• Having 3D & multimedia skills are a plus
• Artistic & creative thinking
• Innovative in nature
• Able to grasp a firm understanding of job briefs while able to work independently & methodically
• Able to work under pressure
• Passionate about Branding, Editorial & Packaging
• Versatile & adaptable
• Team oriented
• Ability to manage deadlines
