You will play an important role in: (Job Scopes/Responsibilities)

• To obtain purchasing requisition approval further to purchasing processes.
• To perform all jobs which are compliance to standard operating procedure.
• To communicate with internal (colleagues) and external (suppliers, principles, freight forwarder, customs, etc.) parties on matters related to planning of supply and demand, forecast, purchases, imports & delivery operation and enable organization with effective service to those connected personnel.
• To assist in sourcing best suppliers & negotiation on payment terms, pricing, shipping/delivery mode with maximize cost saving planning and budgeting.
• To assist in purchasing information, products data & pricing, suppliers information & quotation.
• To organize inventory control management, warehousing and distribution activities influence reliant upon import/export activities.

To be successful in this role, you would require: (Job requirements)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
