Ensure Equipment Reliability & Performance
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep machines in optimal working condition.
Reduce unplanned downtime by addressing potential issues before they cause failures.
Support Continuous Production & Minimize Downtime
Quickly troubleshoot and repair breakdowns to avoid delays in production.
Work closely with the production team to ensure machines meet operational requirements.
Enhance Workplace Safety
Ensure that all machines operate safely and comply with workplace safety regulations.
Implement proper safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), to prevent accidents.
Extend Equipment Lifespan & Reduce Costs
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to avoid costly repairs and replacements.
Optimize maintenance schedules to reduce wear and tear on equipment.
Improve Efficiency & Productivity
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance machine efficiency.
Support modifications, upgrades, and calibration to meet production demands.
Maintain Records & Compliance
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for tracking and auditing purposes.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, JKKP).
