Quality Engineer - Senior / Junior / Fresh Graduate

Responsibilities:

1. Deal with customer audit preparation and improvement.
2. Responsible for RMA and customer complaints.
3. Handle incoming material inspection control and abnormal feedback.
4. Manage yield, product warning, personnel, and system GRR.
5. Control related process quality to keep the production line running smoothly.
6. Participate in TPI project import to ensure compliance with requirements.
7. Establish and maintain quality-related systems.
8. Upgrade system-related documents and forms.
9. Organize internal audits and improvements.
10. Oversee ISO/TUV/UL/RoHS external audits (certification).
11. Establish and maintain document management systems.
12. Train and guide the work of DCC.
13. Organize weekly and monthly quality meetings, and generate related reports.
14. Manage Documents Control system.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate or candidate with 3-5 years of experience in quality department.
2. Meticulous, rigorous, enthusiastic work ethic, and strong sense of responsibility.
3. Familiarity with ISO9001/ISO14001 standards and quality management systems.
4. Skills in liaising with Headquarters in Wuhan and diverse teams in Malaysia.
5. Ability to analyze and control process anomalies.
6. Proficient in handling customer audits and RMAs.
7. Good quality management awareness.
8. Strong organizational and communication skills.
9. Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (both written and spoken).
