Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge Base Management: Create and maintain tutorials, guides, and FAQs in the Seampify Knowledge Center, ensuring the content is always accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customer Support: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, offering solutions for issues related to the Seampify platform.
  • Onboarding & Training: Conduct engaging onboarding and training sessions for new customers, ensuring they can maximize the value of Seampify's tools.
  • Workflow Customization: Build and design chatbots tailored to customers' workflows, helping them streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the platform’s features and usability.
  • Retention Focus: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they renew their subscriptions and continue to see value in Seampify.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred Mandarin speaking candidates due to job role requirement for internal and external communication.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in a support, training, or customer success role (experience in SaaS or technology is a plus).
  • Proficiency in creating documentation and training materials.
  • Basic technical skills (e.g., understanding chatbot logic, troubleshooting).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
