Pico Play is an agile company within the field of themed attractions and entertainment offering a position for a motivated Quality Control Officer. Those with in-depth knowledge and skill in construction, and the ability to work concurrently on multiple projects are encouraged to apply.

The Job:

• Perform daily inspections and testing of fabrication components to ensure adherence to specifications and drawings.
• Identify and report non-conformance, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain detailed records of inspection results, test data, and quality performance.
• Prepare inspection and quality reports for review by QA and Plant Management.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards at every stage of production.
• Support production teams in implementing quality controls to minimize defects and rework.
• Ensure measuring tools and equipment are regularly calibrated and used effectively for inspections.
• Coordinate with the QA Engineer and production team to address quality concerns.
• Provide support during internal and external audits as required.
• Assist in training production staff on quality processes and specifications.
• Promote quality awareness among team members.

The Person:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality control within a fabrication, manufacturing, or construction environment.
• Experience with inspection methods, quality tools, and documentation practices.
• Basic knowledge of drawings, tolerances, and fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
