Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Responsibility

• Ensure F&B outlets day to day operation is running smoothly.
• Conduct kitchen inspection daily and report on weekly basis.
• Making sure operation of Bilik Buaya and GT Bar running smoothly.
• Create monthly promotion for Bilik Buaya and GT Bar.
• Control stock and inventory for Bilik Buaya and GT Bar.
• To conduct training for staff at Bilik Buaya and GT Bar.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the F&B manager.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management of the club.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Good communication skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
• At least 2-3 years of related working experience within the F&B industry.
• Strong Bar / Beverage Knowledge.
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
