Job description

Responsibilities: To handle inventory, billing and sales; record keeping; responsible for key in and updating of data; daily sales report preparation (cash sales debtor/cash sales/credit sales); control and monitor cash collection, customer satisfaction, ensure continuous improvement is achieved; monitor on debtors aging and debt collection; perform random stock take and other ad-hoc duties related to position.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM with 1-2 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary range RM1.5K - RM1.6K.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Meticulous with figures.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
