Sales Executive

About the role

KIAN HENG MARKETING & ENTERPRISE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our client base in the Pahang region. What you'll be doing

1. Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your designated territory
2. Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively
3. Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
4. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
6. Providing detailed sales reports and analysis to management
7. Staying updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the Sales industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
3. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
4. Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills
5. Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
6. A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a positive attitude
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Proficiency in the Pahang region is preferred
