Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  2. Responsible for the smooth, efficient and professional operation of all NASKEN outlets.
  3. Ensure that all procedures and policies are in place and followed.
  4. Conduct audits and controls on a regular basis. Communicate with accounting in case of any irregularities and coach and counsel associates whenever appropriate.
  5. Ensure good communications between the OUTLETS.
  6. Strictly follow bank-out procedures and cash handling procedures.
  7. Train and develop employees to the highest possible extent. Ensure that daily training is provided for technical, hospitality, communication, management, and organizational skills.
  8. Lead by example: Provide high-quality service and aggressive hospitality towards all customers.
  9. Ensure that recognition programs for both guests and associates are in place and working.
  10. Control costs effectively to meet budget guidelines. Have control systems in place for all controllable costs and man hours.
  11. Communicate with area managers about daily audits and controls, so all are informed about proper procedures.
  12. Initiate additional tasks to improve existing procedures and guest satisfaction.
  13. Resolve system problems and operate the system manually. Lead the staff through downtime.
  14. Initiate monthly meetings for all outlets. Attend staff meetings, operations meetings, forecast meetings, and sales strategy meetings.
  15. Have plans and actions in place to meet goals and the mission of the company.

Responsibilities

  1. Be well-groomed and conform to the hotel’s dress code.
  2. Be informed about daily operations and events.
  3. Be highly visible during extraordinary events.
  4. Be familiar with sales strategies.
  5. Know all frequent customers and be familiar with their special requests. Ensure that their needs are met.
  6. Be familiar with cultural differences and know the correct behavior for each culture. Also, know the different protocols and etiquette.
  7. Be knowledgeable about all emergency plans and know how to act upon them.
  8. Report any unusual occurrences immediately to the resident manager or the general manager.

Safety Awareness

Maintain safety by adhering to safety policies, being responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Proceed with caution when walking on slippery floors. Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
