Job Description:
Responsibilities
General
- Execute the delivery of Change Management (“CM”) activities for IT projects and other IT initiatives, working with an external implementation partner (Consultants), SDG stakeholders and the support services vendor (Shared Services).
- Ensure the project CM KPI are met (direct and indirect).
- Support the Project lead and PMO in SAP system planning, testing, deployment, implementation, and change management.
- Support integration of change management activities into project management plans and activities.
- Design and manage the change management plan including tasks such as producing deliverables in line with the project timeline, conducting change impact assessments at the process and sub-process level, and ensuring project plan includes change-related dependencies.
- Conduct change impact analyses and assess change readiness. Evaluate and ensure user adoption and readiness and subsequently identify and manage anticipated resistance.
- Ensure non-core team employee and end-user perspectives are incorporated into the design of the system and process changes.
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications delivery to internal stakeholders globally.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of system training programs.
- Execute the employee engagement, outreach, and focus groups for end-user input and feedback on the system design and rollout plan.
- Manage risk and issues, escalating them for decision-making at appropriate levels of authority, while ensuring minimal impact to project deliver timeline and costs.
- Ensure transition between phases of projects are executed seamlessly from business and vendor perspective, with minimal re-work needed between phases.
- Ensure compliance to relevant SDG policies, procedures and audits.
Vendor Management
- Ensure the Vendor/Consultants deliver on their CM deliverables (as per the SOW).
- Review the vendor/consultants CM deliverables.
- Ensure the CM governance for CM deliverables (document sign-offs, etc).
Budget Management
- Ensure the CM budget is tracked and monitored.
- Escalate on budgets over/under utilization to relevant stakeholders.
Stakeholders Management
- Communicate with project stakeholders (Clients, Vendors, etc).
- Prepare and review communication to stakeholders.
- Follow-up with stakeholders to ensure projects activities are completed on time.
Reporting
- Ensure the presentation materials are ready for Project meetings (Weekly PMO, Steerco, Board).
- Ensure accurate capturing of Minutes of Meetings.
Requirements
- Degree in IT/ Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration, or similar quantitative disciplines.
- Tertiary education and/or Masters degree with experience in the related business/field.
- Experience in the Plantation Industry and Data Analytics/Business Analytics is an advantage.
