Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, coordinate, control, and evaluate projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, method statement, budget, and safety requirements.
• Prepare and grant the validity of insurance, work permits, and any other necessary documents required during work in progress.
• Complete projects according to client requirements.
• Effectively manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery productively.
• Efficiently coordinate and manage within the budget and maintain good quality of site activities performed by own resources or subcontractors.
• Obtain and update daily site progress through Daily Reports.
• Report to the Project Manager on site progress (daily, weekly, and monthly) with suggestions for improvement.
• Prepare project progress claims.
• Ensure projects are handed over in a proper manner.
• Participate in the tendering process, if necessary.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities delegated from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in coordinating and supervising project works (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Experience in handling HV TNB is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including CAD and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Energetic, positive, and a good team player.
