As a Talent Acquisition Consultant on our team, you can expect to work with your client to shape their recruiting strategy while being part of an ever-growing company that values creativity and its people as much as it does results-driven programs.

Our client is an Innovative Medical Devices organization, and in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders to create and execute recruitment strategies together. You’ll have a consultative style and enjoy working closely with senior hiring managers and stakeholders. You have strengths in establishing processes and driving change, as well as an exceptional capability in Talent Acquisition.

We are looking to fulfill this role soon; we will prioritize candidates that can start immediately.

How you’ll shape the future of talent

  • Deliver across the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, preferably with a background in volume recruitment and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders by partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process.
  • Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.

You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional.
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments, delivering high-volume projects ideally from the medical device/biotech sector.
  • Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity.
  • Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels and across business functions.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
