Accountant

Currently, our clients are looking for several roles: Cost Accountant, Project Accountant, Accounts Executive, Finance Assistant Manager. Below are the combined requirements for reference:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing internal and external audits.
• Manage and prepare full sets of accounts.
• Handle financial transactions, cost tracking, and reporting for project-based accounts.
• Monitor project budgets and costs.
• Track, analyze, and report on costs associated with production and operations. Maintain cost accounting records and implement cost control measures.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making and financial planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management. Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

• For Finance Assistant Manager, around 6 months of experience in auditing is compulsory. Moreover, proven experience in forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• For Accounts Executive, proven experience in handling full set accounts is required.
• For Cost Accountant, need to have experience in cost accounting.
• For Project Accountant, able to work at site offices, and experience in accounting is compulsory.
• Using accounting software: Quickbook, Autocount, SQL. If proficient in other software also encouraged.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English, in order to have smooth conversation with colleagues and clients.
