Job description
Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunities with potential clients
- Provide support to qualified prospects and customers, including follow-up and product information
- Research existing accounts by identifying key players and opportunities to generate interest
- Assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and propose suitable products & solutions
- Engage leads in dialogue through phone or email
- Update prospects and clients on interactions and other sales activities
- Work closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sending emails
- Develop a solid working knowledge of products and the benefits they provide to potential clients
- Coordinate sales purchases and order delivery by dealing with product distributors
- Build rapport with vendors to ensure competitive pricing
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks related to sales as assigned by management
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification and above in IT, marketing, or a related field.
No experience in an Inside Sales position is acceptable.
Ability to influence by communicating ideas and technical concepts effectively.
Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport.
Proficiency in sales software.
Good command of Microsoft Office is essential.
