Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with customer requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communications and expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Address customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Analyze project costs and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and customer specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of program management experience in EMS or manufacturing.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
