Responsibilities

  • Analyze sell-out data to track product performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and retailer performance.
  • Conduct a gap analysis to compare sell-outs against targets and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail partners and products across regions.
  • Track promotional campaign performance and assess return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify underperforming areas and recommend strategic actions to improve sales.
  • Assist in demand forecasting and planning based on historical sales data and market trends.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align strategies with sell-out performance.
  • Liaise with retail partners to collect accurate sell-out data and ensure timely reporting.
  • Analyze competitor performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights into consumer behavior and preferences based on sales data.
  • Develop tools, dashboards, and processes to improve the efficiency of data analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales analysis, retail analytics, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with FMCG or consumer electronics industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ERP or sales data systems is a plus.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills when presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of market dynamics, retail operations, and sales strategies.
