Job description

We are seeking a Learning & Development Associate to support the seamless execution of our learning and wellbeing programmes. This role is essential in ensuring operational excellence in scheduling, logistics, and programme management. Additionally, you will contribute to data analysis for our consulting team, helping us generate insights that enhance our impact. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, and has an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Programme Coordination: Manage end-to-end logistics for training sessions, workshops, and webinars, including scheduling, participant communications, and facilitator coordination.
  • Client & Facilitator Support: Serve as the key point of contact for trainers, facilitators, and clients to ensure smooth execution of sessions.
  • System & Platform Management: Set up and manage training platforms, including LMS, Zoom, and in-person venue logistics.
  • Materials & Resources: Coordinate the preparation and distribution of training materials, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
  • Post-Programme Support: Gather participant feedback, track attendance, and manage certificates of completion.
  • Basic Data Analysis: Support the consulting team with simple data extraction and trend analysis related to training impact and organisational wellbeing.
  • Report Preparation: Assist in compiling insights for internal and client-facing reports.

Requirements

  • Experience in training operations, learning & development, events coordination, or a related field.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders with precision.
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with training platforms (Zoom), spreadsheets (Google Sheets), and basic data analysis tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with trainers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data trends and contribute to reporting efforts (no advanced analytics required).
  • Team Player: Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
