Maintain accurate records to ensure all company vehicles and machinery comply with legal and business requirements.
Manage and monitor data systems such as ROSS, RAMS, and Oracle to effectively plan fleet operations based on schedules and business needs.
Provide monthly projections for vehicle policy renewals and collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely processing.
Support the Fleet Assistant in handling road tax renewals and assist the Fleet Executive with necessary paperwork and procedures, including liaising with licensing agencies such as PDRM, APAD, JKKP, and insurance providers.
Verify workshop maintenance quotations and invoices, as well as conduct monthly running cost analyses to support the Fleet Executive in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Analyze fleet-related reports, including fuel consumption, TnG expenses, GPS tracking, and vehicle usage.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, such as optimizing routes and reducing costs.
Requirements
Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related role.
Experience liaising with regulatory bodies such as PDRM, APAD, JKKP, and insurance agencies.
