What you will do:

  • Operations & Process Management: Oversee daily operations, improve and optimize existing processes, and ensure adherence to SOPs, stepping in as a backup for the team when needed.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track key operational metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential operational risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, customer support, and technology teams, to align operational processes and achieve business objectives.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in digital financing or fintech.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in process automation will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

You will shine in this role if you are/have:

  • PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to create and process Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented and familiar with BURSA rules and SC guidelines.
  • Available on an immediate basis.
