Carry out duties and tasks related to front desk services.
Answer calls and take messages for clients and staff while ensuring that all guidelines on confidentiality and product representation are maintained.
Manage visitor registration, including laptop registration, and ensure visitors are seated in the designated space until their host is available.
Act as a liaison for new staff, supporting a smooth onboarding process including documentation and responding to first-level queries. This includes assigning access cards, lockers, and maintaining the new joiners and leavers master list.
Responsible for all files and documentation kept at the office, ensuring proper filing methods and security. This includes visitor registration logs and parcel registry.
Responsibilities may rotate between reception, mailroom, administration, and pantry duties as required by the business.
