Oversees recruitment for open positions, searching suitable candidates, screening applications and arranging interviews, assisting in reference checks, setting up personnel files.
Processing of company’s payroll and maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures, such as EPF, SOCSO, and others.
Maintain all office equipment and building conditions.
Providing administration support to operation and management.
Any ad hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
Develop and maintain computer and manual filing system.
Ensure all utility bills are checked, verified and payments made accordingly and timely.
Make sure all the license/insurance (business, transportation) are up to date.
Issuing Payment Voucher, Invoice and Purchase Order on stock that is needed by operation.
Job Requirements
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Grade Diploma, Professional Degrees in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Min 3 years working experience in Human Resources or Admin Department.
Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Mature, well organized and can work under minimum supervision.
Willing to travel (possess own transport and valid driving license).
Strong leadership and monitoring, organizational and planning skills.
Male candidate will be an advantage.
