JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Making sure all the bookings are converted to check-ins.
2. Managing and ensuring all owner problems are solved.
3. Maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
4. Working collaboratively with respective functions in order to increase the revenue.
5. Acting as a point of contact for hotel owners for operations support & escalations.
6. Monitoring property revenue and performance.

JOB QUALIFICATION

1. Looking to work for a hyper-growth and technology-led business that is transforming the hospitality industry.
2. 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations and key accounts handling.
3. Analytical skills.
4. Prior experience in managing cross-functional operations and customer escalations.
5. Demonstrate high ethical values.
