Senior Media Buyer

• Direct responsibility for monitoring Media Buyers’ campaigns.
• Create & write marketing materials such as website contents, video script, and ads copywriting etc.
• Plan & execute Facebook / Google / TikTok advertising campaigns at an acceptable ROI range as defined by the team.
• Identify, innovate on and experiment with new ad types, angles and alternate channels.
• Analyze and interpret campaign performance data in identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Use data insights to develop action plans for improving campaign performance, such as advertising budget allocation, copywriting, campaign adjustments, landing page optimizations.
• Identify new online marketing promotion channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging digital marketing trends and tools, and make recommendations for the company's digital marketing strategy accordingly.
• Create & prepare the performance report of sales & marketing against goals (KPIs & ROIs) in a timely manner.
• Provide constructive feedback for business performance improvement.
• Work closely with the creative team to create various video contents or other departments.

Job Requirements:

• Creative Entrepreneur mindset and passion.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Affiliate Marketing, Ecommerce, SEM, SEO, PPC or Email Marketing industry.
• Proven track record of successful Paid Advertising campaigns or SEO campaigns.
• Experience with Google Adwords, FB Advertising, Native Ads, Display Ads or other advertising platforms.
• Experience with Ad Management & Analytical tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google e.g Excel Sheets, Word Documents & PowerPoint Presentations.
• Strong mathematical / statistical background in analyzing data.
• Strong data-driven thinking. (Acquisition Funnels, A/B Testing, CR Optimization)
• You should be comfortable with numbers & data.
