Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve sales target set by company.
To develop, penetrate new market & prospective clients in form of corporate sales, merchandise, e-commerce, collaboration, franchise and develop distribution channels.
Utilize CRM software to manage, track leads and opportunities.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers via regular visits and calls.
To ensure good follow up on all enquiries & quotations to potential clients.
Ensure customer request & order are promptly resolved within timeline.
To ensure timely collection of amount due from customer.
Monitor, evaluate & act on customer feedback.
Provide accurate monthly sales forecast.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
Required skill: MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word.
Applicants possess own vehicle.
Able to Read & Write: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Good communication skills in Mandarin will be an added advantage to coordinate and communicate with China customers and global agents worldwide.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Working experience & knowledge in food & beverage industry is an added advantage.
Knowledge in handling Exhibition and online marketing will be an added advantage.
