Job Title: Purchaser

Salary Range: RM2500 - RM5000

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Taman Gembira, Tampoi JB.

Job Description:

1. Prepare and handle purchase quotation, PO, and DO.
2. Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
3. Follow up orders by coordinating with customers, vendors, and transporters to ensure timely delivery.
4. Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery schedules, ensuring smooth procurement processes.
5. Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure availability of materials as per production schedules.
6. Undertake and perform other duties which may be assigned to you by your superior.

Requirements:

1. Minimum SPM or above or any other equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 2 years experience as Purchaser.
3. Purchaser experience in hardware/building material is preferable and salary is negotiable.
