Requirements

  1. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, System Technology, Information Engineering, or any related field.
  2. Minimum 1-3 years working experience for a similar role is required for this position.
  3. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
  6. Willingness to travel.

Job Description

  1. Partnering with the Business Development and/or Sales Executive to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  2. To create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
  3. Responsible for managing all technical aspects of RFD/RFI responses.
  4. To communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
  5. Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing technical support.
  6. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  7. Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedules.
  8. Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of service applications in the client environment and engineering or proposing changes if any.
  9. Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
  10. Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
  11. Keep abreast of activities and changes in the industry and develop sales strategies to counteract any negative impact on our business.
  12. Jointly involve in establishing targets for assigned markets such as order intake, net sales, market share, and margins and work towards achieving it.
  13. Involve in the go-to-market strategies and business development plans that are in line with the company sales objectives.
  14. Conduct presentations to potential clients and promote the strength of our services and applications and how they meet their requirements.
  15. Responsible for the complete sales cycle until closing the sales.
